01. Business Structure & Platform
NQ Nexus Hub operates as a sole proprietorship acting as a Software as a Service (SaaS) reseller and AI automation agency. Our services are built upon and fully integrated with our partner CRM and automation platforms. By using our services, you agree to these terms, which govern the relationship between you (the Client) and NQ Nexus Hub.
02. AI Consultation & Concept Turnaround
To ensure a clear pathway for your website and business needs, all clients must complete our AI onboarding process. This involves interacting with our AI Chatbot Assistant and/or booking a consultation call via our Voice AI agent on our website. We will also conduct a Google Meets onboarding process with specific emails tailored to your business needs. Please be very detailed during onboarding, as this forms the foundation of your product.
Within 1-2 business days of this completed onboarding, we will provide you with an initial example and conceptual outline of your customized system.
03. Development Timeline & Revisions
Following your approval of the initial concept (via the second onboarding email), NQ Nexus Hub requires 3-4 business days to fully integrate and complete the final product, including backend channel and domain connections.
If you require further revisions, each revision cycle will take an additional 1-2 business days. We will notify you via email or text regarding project updates.
04. Payment Terms & Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans — No Free Trial
NQ Nexus Hub offers three subscription tiers: Basic at $150/month, AI-Agent Stacked at $300/month, and Empire at $1,000/month. There is no free trial. All plans bill immediately on day one of signup. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; however, all payments already made are final and non-refundable.
4.2 One-Time Setup Packages
If you choose to have NQ Nexus Hub build your system, a one-time setup deposit is required at signing, processed securely via Stripe. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Basic Build: $1,000. Pro-Site Build: $1,500. AI Stacked Build: $2,000. Franchise Build: $4,000.
4.3 Optional Add-Ons
Add-on services — including Branded Mobile App ($1,500 setup + $100/month), Additional Business Location (+$300/month), and Social Media Video Editing ($1,000/month, Phoenix AZ in-person clients only) — are billed as separate line items and are subject to the same no-refund policy.
4.4 Empire Tier Scope Requirement
Any scope requiring more than 3 AI agents and/or more than 3 websites must be discussed in a scheduled strategy meeting with NQ Nexus Hub before any work begins.
4.5 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize NQ Nexus Hub to charge the applicable amounts to your selected payment method via Stripe. NQ Nexus Hub does not store payment card information directly.
4.6 Domain Ownership
If a domain is purchased on behalf of the client as part of a service plan, the domain shall be registered in the client's name and remain the sole property of the client. NQ Nexus Hub does not claim ownership over any client domain.
4.7 No Refund Policy
All payments are final. NQ Nexus Hub does not issue refunds on any service, plan tier, add-on, deposit, or domain-related charge — at any time, for any reason. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
4.8 Late Payments
Failure to remit payment by the applicable due date may result in suspension or termination of active services.
05. Client Responsibilities & Authentication
While NQ Nexus Hub builds and automates your digital presence, you (the Client) are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the legal and financial standing of your business domain.
- Managing and maintaining ownership of your business accounts.
- Ensuring all business information provided is accurate and lawful.
Search Engine & Business Profile Authentication: NQ Nexus Hub provides the foundation but cannot promise how long it takes for clients to be accepted on search engines due to business profile authentication requirements. If a Google Business Profile or Social Media profile needs to be set up from scratch, there is an additional fee. If you require NQ Nexus Hub to handle authentication during the first initial contact, an additional deposit is required. Otherwise, we charge a fee for authentication attempts. We are not responsible if the business profile is not authenticated. If you want us to manage the verification ongoing, there is a managing fee.
AI Systems: Voice AI and Conversation AI operate on both your website AND your social media platforms (Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and more).
07. Termination & Data Access
You may cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time. Upon termination of your agreement with NQ Nexus Hub:
- NQ Nexus Hub will immediately lose and revoke all internal access to your business information, CRM data, and client lists.
- You will assume complete and total responsibility over your business, domain, and ongoing software subscriptions.
- Any ongoing costs associated with third-party software, domains, or hosting outside of our provided packages become your sole responsibility.
