NQ Nexus Hub collects information that you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request on-demand services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include: name, email, phone number, postal address, profile picture, payment method, and other information you choose to provide.
02. Use of Information
We may use the information we collect about you to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including, for example, to facilitate payments, send receipts, provide products and services you request, develop new features, provide customer support, and send product updates and administrative messages.
03. Sharing of Information
We may share the information we collect about you with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, and customer service.
04. Payment, Billing & Domain Data
4.1 Payment Processing via Stripe
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. When you submit payment, your billing information — including name, payment card details, and billing address — is collected and processed directly by Stripe. NQ Nexus Hub does not store, view, or retain full payment card information.
4.2 Invoice & Transaction Records
We collect and retain invoice-related data including your name, business name, email address, selected services, billing amounts, payment status, and transaction history. This information is used solely to manage your account, issue invoices, process payments, and fulfill your service agreement.
4.3 Domain Registration Data
If NQ Nexus Hub purchases a domain on your behalf as part of your service plan, your name and contact information will be used to register that domain in your name through a domain registrar. This data is submitted to the registrar as required by ICANN policy and remains associated with your domain registration. NQ Nexus Hub does not retain ownership of your domain at any time.
4.4 Data Retention
Billing and transaction records are retained as required for accounting, tax compliance, and dispute resolution. These records are stored securely and are not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or as part of our payment processing operations through Stripe.
4.5 Stripe's Privacy Policy
Stripe's collection and use of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
